Is entware still updated?

    I think so. The directory listing at http://bin.entware.net/armv7sf-k2.6/ shows that the latest mutations were on 26 may this year.
    But you have 'archive' in your repo list. And apparently that contains some malformed package names, opkg cannot see 'libacl - 2.2.53-1 - 20170420-1' from archive is older than the latest, 'libacl - 2.3.1-2'. And for some reason there is no Packages.gz in archive anymore.

    So I think you should remove that archive from your repo file.
