Hello.
I have some trouble activating a new content filter license key for my USG-20-VPN.
From portal.myzyxel.com when i try to link it a popup says no compatible device.
Either i have the wrong license key (USG20-CC1) or you can't link it until the previous license expires.
I'm new to the product and the procedure so i dont really know what went wrong, in any case is it possible to refound or convert the license key if its the wrong one?

    You purchased the wrong license. The license is for USG 20 not for USG20VPN, so this is why the "no compatible device" message popup.
    Please contact local representative for assistance.
