No Switch-Port Status in the Nebula Monitor

Hi Community,

since a few weeks, in my Nebula Account the Status of the Switch-Ports are always "Disconnected".
The other functions work correctly (MAC-Table or Ping).
What can I do to solve this Problem?
The Switches are up to date.

    Could you provide your organization/site name and please help to activate Zyxel support located at HELP > Support request, so I could have the privilege to check the current settings and status.
