535 authentication credentials invalid

In nebula, I was assigning my new fifth VPN100 to one site (the device was activated). When saving it the message 

"535 authentication credentials invalid" was shown. No ZTP sent to me thru email.

This did not happen before.

We'd like to know what's your GROUP/ORG names and can you take a screenshot about this message then share with us in private message?
Moreover, to check further regarding to this symptom, we need your help to authorize our support account in "GROUP" --> "Configuration" --> "Administrators"

The accounts need your help to be added are:

CSO_Security@zyxel.com.tw
sdwan-its@zyxel.com.tw

And also please let us know which version is working on your VPN100.
