Cannot register VMG8924-B10A

The VMG8924-B10A is supplied by some UK ISP and mine supplies this https://192168101.win/ router. When I go onto "MyZyxel" ( https://portal.myzyxel.com/ ) and sign onto the site, I cannot register this router even though I have the MAC and the serial numbers. There is also no mention of this router model at all on the site. Am I on the wrong site or what? Please someone enlighten me!  https://1921681254.dev/

    "https://portal.myzyxel.com/" is for business models' registration with license.
    VMG8924-B10 is a home gateway model.
    Not very sure what you would like to do on VMG8924-B10A?
