Can't log config web page on vmg8924-b10d

I am not able to reconnect into the config web page afer the first time. After I reset the device the default password work, I can config stuff but after that the loggin page juste say "user or password invalide".
I've try to create a other user, dont work, or simply rebooting the device, still dont work, changing the password, dont work... the only way I have manage to enter inside is by reseting evrything then using the default password, whitch is not very handy to configure your network....
So if you have any idea, I will be thankfull

Are you able to say what version of firmware that you are on please?
It might be that if you are not on 5.13(ABGQ.4)C0 then upgrading to that could help you, as the release note at ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/VMG8924-B10D/firmware/VMG8924-B10D_5.13(ABGQ.4)C0_2.pdf says that there have been some bug fixes related to difficulties with login.
