Move AP NWA1123-ACv2 to another account

i want to move 4 APs to a new account, i removed them from the organization, but i'm still not able to add them to a new account. There is always the message, that the device is added by another user, pls hlp, thank you.

You may try to use the Nebula APP to add a device to a new account.

I also encountered the same issue before, which is solved by using the APP.

Yes, you can use Nebula APP to add your NWA1123-ACv2 in new account by scanning the QR code sticky on AP.
