NWA50AX NCC managed shows no client connected

I own a NWA50AX dual Radio Wifi 6 Access point.
The device is managed by NCC (plus license)

All was good for about 1 week since the install of the AP in my site with about 15 devices connected.
Since this afternoon, the client list of the NCC shows 0 client connected (but their are connected and well functioning).

I tried rebooting the AP but, in the NCC status, nothing changed.

There is any workaround for having the client list available again?

    This outage incident does not affect Nebula devices and their local network services.
