ZyWALL Secuextender VPN SSL - Can't get authentication token(1)

Hi,

Several of the PCs can no longer connect to the VPN. The SecuExtender.log shows the following error "Can't get authentication token (1)" and SecuExtenderHelper shows this error: "[2021/10/04 11:34:50] [SecuExtender Helper] Failed to read from client (2): 109, 0 "

From computers outside the network I connect without problems

What is your version of SecuExtender SSL VPN Client? Do you upgrade to the latest Zyxel firewall firmware? I use SecuExtender SSL VPN with 4.0.4.0 version can establish SSL VPN connection with my USG devices(with V4.65p1) without any problem.

Hi, 

The firmware version is v4.65 (ABAR.1)

It works the last two days but suddenly the problem come back

Sorry, the VPN Client version is 4.0.4.0 too

I found the solution! This firewall USG20 has a limit of 5 simultaneous SSL connections. The 6th is rejected
