Nebula MSP Pack License register problem

I bought a Nebula MSP Pack License, but when I want to register I get this message:

Http failure response for https://ccapi.nebula.zyxel.com/nebula/v11/helper/account-license: 500 OK

May I know the account you try to register MSP Pack License is as same as your Zyxel community account?
If yes, I will help to check this issue.

Dear Melen,

The Nebula owner is my Gmail address but I made the purchase from my business email address ( order number ZNET211004-4980-27147) and business email is register on Nebula.

If I want to register through the Gmail Account then the answer I used this code.
