Firewall port open

in Home Router
I tried to open port 1234 on my router to later use as my portforwarding. I dont know what Router to Wan is and i just tried several firewall rules but none of them apply. Can someone tell me how to make port 1234 open?

Ofcourse dont take my port config serious i just tried to check if i could open all ports but nope.
