Turned off remote management to LTE7480-M804 and cannot access it via my local network

Is there and way to connect to management console now?

I turned off remote management, because I thought it will only turn off management via Public IP, not via my local network. 

It is difficult to reset it, because it is mounted on the outdoor wall.
