    I can't transfer my switch to another account according to the instructions. In the new account, it gives the error that the device is already linked.

    I wrote a personal message to Kai, but unfortunately he is not online.

    Is there any other way to remove or transfer the device?

    How to transfer device owner? — Zyxel Community

    If your switch is registered to Nebula, you can use the Nebula app to register it to another account.

    1. Download Nebula app here: Android / iOS
    2. Log in with another account you mentioned, not the original account.
    3. Access the org/site where you want the switch registered.
    4. Add new devices to scan the switch's QR code.
    5. Finish.
