Correct german mistyped word "Vouchersettings" (wrong: Vocuhereinstellungen)

As seen below on Location -> Monitor -> Vouchers - the link to the vouchersettings is mistyped in German translation. When clicked on the link, you could see the error also in the header in the picture above (Vocuhereinstellungen instead of Vouchereinstellungen)
