My router (VMG3927-B50B) won't connect to the internet

router still has intermittent connection to internet via ethernet, but both 2.4&5g networks won't connect to the internet. I tried a 30-30-30 reset, nothing changed and now the default router login isn't being accepted.

It is hard to fully understand your question.
If the router can't connect to Internet, 2.4G/5G WIFI would not connect to internet either.
Not sure what do you mean 30-30-30 reset?
Normally, we press the reset button 5-10 seconds to make the router reset to factory default.
Can you check it again after press the reset button 5-10 seconds?
Then if you make sure the router's WAN/Internet setting is correct, you may need to check with your service provider for checking your connection.
