The app wont connect to network

Hi
After reset and starting all over again my Multy U app stays in the mode “connecting to network”. The unit does create a network, but the app on my iphone does not connect. Then i can not add other Multys. I tried different IOS and iphones. Same result. 

They are wsr30. Please help.

You can reference to below guide to setup the first Multy U device.

Please also check if the Multy APP is on the latest firmware.

After the first Multy U set up. When connected to the Multy U device wifi network.
Please check if the mobile could get the IP address from the Multy device.


If the device could get the IP address on the mobile, does the mobile could access the internet with Multy U wifi?
What is the LED light on the Main Multy device?

I do reach the internet through the main Multy U. But i cannot acces settings via the the app. So i cannot connect 2. And 3. Multy. Everytime i open the app it is like starting over from the beginning of setup. And I am logged into Multy Cloud.

The color of the led is blue/purple as it is supposed to be.
