ZyWALL IPSec client not updating AD content

While connected to the IPSec client, a number of folders are not visible in specific shares. However, creating new folders/files seems to sync up just fine. For example, I can only see folders up to a specific date, but when I create a new test folder with test files I'm able to view it with no problem at all. Has anyone experienced this issue? It's really weird. If I connect remotely using a different method I'm able to see the full content, so the only common denominator seems to be the VPN client. Any help will be appreciated. I'm using vpnconf.exe 3.8.204.61.32 and VpnToken.dll 3.1.2.1.

    IPSec VPN client is route IP traffic to peer site.
    If shared folder IP address doesn't belonging to "Remote LAN address", then traffic will not pass through by VPN tunnel.
