I installed the license on a new computer but I didn't uninstall the license on the old computer, how can I activate it again?

If you would like to reactive your license on new PC, then clean-up license record on server side is required.
You may send your license key to me for further check by private message.

we got the problem that the notebook where the license was used has crashed and it was installed from scratch. Where to mail to that we can use the license again?

If your old PC broken and would like to work VPN client on new PC. 
You send your license key by private message to me, then I will help to further check on server side first.
