Unable to assign content filter/application patrol policy to security policy

I have a USG FLEX 200 Firewall. It updated recently to Firmware V5.20(ABUI.0).

The security service license is active. I manage the device in NCC.

When I add or change a security policy rule, I am not able to add a content filter or application patrol policy. I even removed an existing policy and tried to revert it to the original state. Unfortunately, I was not able to restore the previous rule.

Does anyone see the same behavior?

I have the same issue..
But I found refresh Pages(F5) . It can work again.

This didn't work for me. I tried with Firefox and Edge.
