Wifi not discoverable
Hi,
I have installed a NWA210AX AP few days ago and I found out that is not visible on a laptop I have and I do not know what the issue is. I am using Windows 10 on laptop and I can see all neighbours networks.
On my NWA210AX AP I have
Security: WPA2 Personal
band mode: concurrent ( I have also tried 2.4 Hz only with same results)
maximum output power: Low-density deployment
Channel width: 20MHz for 2.4 GHz and 80MHz for 5 GHz
2.4 GHz channel deployment: Three-channel deployment
5 GHz channel deployment: auto

Hi sas03077,
First thing I'd like to clarify: Could this SSID be seen by other Windows laptops, or other smartphones? Based on our experience, when the SSID can't be seen only by windows laptop, usually it could be caused by two main reasons:
1. Driver version of laptop's Wi-Fi card isn't up to date.
> For the issue, please directly install the latest version driver of your Wi-Fi adapter card directly on the Intel's official website.
You can first search the Wi-Fi card model on the "Device Manager", and search for the Column "Network Interface card". And then google search the [model name + driver]
2. Wi-Fi card is incompatible with 802.11ax radio.
> If SSID still invisible after upgrading the firmware, please try to set the radio mode to 802.11n (on 2.4GHz)/802.11ac (On 5GHz), then the SSID can be seen by laptop.
(You can access the setting page on [Access Point > Configuration > Radio Setting], and scroll down to the bottom of the page.)
Best Regards,
Richard
