No Switch-Port Status

Hello 
I haven't seen the statue in the ports for some time.
The connection speed is not marked in color.
And after hovering over the port, I got disconnected.
Model GS-1920 up-to data

    Please help us to enable Zyxel support at Help > Support request page and click save button as well as provide your Organization name here so that we will have privilege to access your Organization for checking the issue.

    Hi @PIK,

    Since you had not access to PIK Organization for over 1 month, the Organization changes to Cloud Saving Mode automatically.

    Please disable it via the top blue banner and the switch information will be back within 15 minutes.
