I have a USG20W-VPN firewall and am trying to connect it to Secureporter

I paid for the product and auto-activated it now when I select home in the webpage I receive the error:
I also see no stats.
Device Disconnected
Device "USG20W-VPN"
is not connected. Please make sure device connection is stable so the log it uploads keeps SecuReporter running.I also see no stats.

While this symptom occurs, are there any logs can be seen on the event log page?
Have you enabled Reporting feature in your nebula setting? (You can find it on the path: Site-Wide->Reporting->SecuReporter and enable it.)

I have just one USG-20W-VPN firewall and have purchased and activated a Secureporter licence. I then created an organisation and device in Nebula but cannot activate reporting. I am looking at the licencing in the app-store but I do not know what else to buy?

Could you enable “Invite Zyxel support as administrator” and provide your Nebula organization and site name to me for further checks via private message? Please follow the below steps to enable it, thanks .
