Hi @Luc_mueller
Welcome to Zyxel Community!
The LED blinks green and amber means the AP is looking for Nebula or AP Controller Management.
There are two ports on WAX610D model, ensure plug in the Ethernet cable into the uplink port.
If you’d like to manage AP via Nebula, the guide for your reference:

To run AP in standalone mode, you may download our ZON tool and use ZON to check the status of AP.
https://www.zyxel.com/tw/zh/products_services/Zyxel-ONE-Network-Utility-ZON-Utility/
You can connect your computer directly to the switch through cable, and using ZON to see if AP get the IP address correctly.
You have to select the right network adapter.
(ex: Ethernet: intel Ethernet connection and wireless: intel dual band wireless, it depends on the computer)
Then click open Web GUI on ZON or type AP’s IP address in browser to access GUI and setup wireless network.
Don’t hesitate to get back to us if you need any more information.
We wish you a nice day. Thank you
