Do not know what tool you are using, but I think you mean the NAS utility tool.
You can download the tool from https://www.zyxel.com/support/download_landing/product/nas326_19.shtml?c=gb&l=en&pid=20150327120001&tab=Software&pname=NAS326

    This helps me, thx.
If i want to to this, the MAC says: 'Another NAS Starter Utility exists and is running.' Bu i do not enter the ZTW utility  for my NAS. I also can not enter the NAS via the IP adress or name. I can store and retrieve files from the NAS.  What can i do to control my NAS again?

    Just use the webinterface. http://<ip-of-nas>/

I have used my Zyxel NSA325 v2 for many years now, but after I get a new PC with Windows 11 I can't find my NSA325 v2 on my network. I have tryed to enabling SMBv1 but still I can't find my NSA325 v2 on my network. I have seen that it is not recommended to change to SMBv1, so please tell me what I can do so that it will be correct in the future.

You did enable SMBv1? In that case you should be able to access the NAS by typing \\<ip-of-nas> in the addressbar of Explorer.

'Finding' the NAS as in automatically popping up in Explorer won't work, AFAIK. The NetBIOS component is no longer available in W11, and the newer uPnP protocol which W11 uses is not available on the NAS.

I tried config /all from "cmd" but it didn't come up even though it's on my network.
