Any one know how to install esim on NR7103? I have try it with the activation code and also via Zyxel Air but is not working. Do I need to remove the physical SIM card from the router when installing the eSIM card?

Hello since an update this week of the Zyxel Air app my apple and android devices cannot connect with the router anymore? Can you solve this problem asap?

I just got a NR7123 and it doesn't connect to Zyxel Air app, I've tried 3 different Android phones, the web gui works fine and can login as Admin, but app says it can't find the modem.
Other weird behaviour is when connected to the modem's wifi the internet doesn't work, only via cable, I've factory reset multiple times and I still have the same issue.

Hi no still the same problem you can only use the older version of the app. This is only possible with android phone

Glad its not only me - absolutely junk piece of software have wasted valuable time trying to get it to connect. It just says password incorrect even though I've rebooted and reverted to factory settings. It just refuses to work and now I'm trying to get Nebula to give me more than the basics with it now not being clear how to buy a license. God I'm regretting buying Zyxel the software is flaky and nothing seems to work out of the box. I have a hugely expensive router NR701 that I can't get to work efficiently.
