GS2220-10HP offline in NCC

Hi, after a fw update recommended by NCC app the Switch state in NCC is offline however the Cloud led status is green on the device.

I have tried several reboots but nothing changed. I use the base license for the NCC

Could anyone help me?

Seems the DNS server setting went wrong. For some reason the Digi dns servers are not working properly, so I switched to opendns and Nebula immediately responded. Now it's fine
