Can anyone help me log into the WiFi settings for my AMG1302-T11C

I've done all the steps I can find online done a rest and a hard reset and still getting no where. The username and password is admin/1234 but it says they are wrong I've tried some other varieties but still nothing. Any help would be appreciated

Do you mean you cannot login as username/pw as your device’s back label?

If your device was from your service provider, you may ask their help. This is because ISP may do some changes from their side.
