Google Pixel 4a drops wifi connection

Hello,
i have a wap3205 v3 on the latest firmware and an android google pixel 4a. Every 15 seconds it loses the wifi signal and reconects. I don't have this problem with any other device, but i tries with a diferent device of the same model and it does the same thing. Do yoy have any idea why this hapens?

Do you mean it only happen on Google Pixel series?
What is your mode on wap3205v3?
May I know what is the OS version of your mobiles?

Exaclty it happens on Google Pixel series, the mode of wap is access point. The OS version is Android 10

We have tried with Pixel 4a, but the symptom do not occur.
It looks like it happen on some specific devices.
