WAC6103D-I AP's have decidated firmware and aren't up to date...

On my site, I have 5 WAC6103D-I AP's and I noticed that they aren't up to date when you compare it to the latest firmware version you can find in the download centre. 

I don't find a way to update them via Nebula since they are "Dedicated"...

How can I solve this?

The dedicated status means the device is running date firmware that is locked in the back-end.

Please enable the Zyxel support at Help > Support request > Invite Zyxel support as administrator, save the changes for us to check and provide the Org and Site name.

We’ll help to check if the solution of the date firmware is released in official version then unlock the status for you to arrange preferred time upgrade.
