Switch Nebula - PoE On Off by port

Referring to a Switch pPOE Nebula compliant, is it possible to switch on and off POE via nebula just for one port or  specific group of Ports? And is it included in basic license? 

I am looking for a gigabit switch 8 ports poe+ - It is for my house so nothing so complicated - just I need this functionality - Can you suggest me one?

We can done the power cycle via Nebula (no need for license)
There are 2 model you can consider one is GS1915-8EP and the other is GS1920-8HPv2
If you need ACL and more power budget or SFP then GS1920 fits you more.
