How to apply hotfix to NSG50

I have downloaded and unzipped NSG50 hotfix file 1.33(ABHP.4)CO.  I am logged into Nebulus Control Center/sitewide/firmware management.  NSG50 is indicated as up to date.  How to add hotfix?

Regarding the hotfix firmware for NSG50, I would like to inform that the upgrade could only be done on our side. The firmware 1.33(ABHP.4)CO is not the hotfix one.

Please help to provide the organization name and activate Zyxel support located at HELP > Support request, so I could have the privilege to check the current status before/after the firmware upgrade.

The upgrade firmware will be process within this time range 09:00 - 18:00 (UTC+8).
May I know, when it is convenient?
