Do not see any Clients on AP
When I log into Nebula and look at clients and history the AP says there are none. I have 40 devices online in my home and some right in the same room at the AP . Why would there be no clients ? I have even taken my phone an IPAD logged off the network and logged back on right under the AP yet still no clients show. my SSID and authentication are the same on my main router and AP. Thanks

Hi @CDFields
Usually, the device and Nebula display information not synchronized is due to device can’t resolve NTP server and local time is not up to date with Nebula.
Please check your firewall policy and DNS server with below information.
If the problem still exists, enable the Zyxel support at Help > Support request > Invite Zyxel support as administrator, save the changes for us to check. And provide the Org and Site name, thank you.
Regards,
Bella
