He is owner and firmware is not latest.
What are the possible causes?

    Please check the firmware status column first then can use the upgrade feature.  :)

    The current design needs to activate firmware status then the front-end (browser) can get the device's relevant information and the browser can know if this device is available to do the firmware upgrade. It's not a bug

    Noted. But can ask your developer to program something like.

    "Cannot upgrade because AP firmware status unknown" error message?

    This will facilitate easier troubleshooting
