Any Possible Reasons Why Organisation Owner

Cannot upgrade AP?

Please check the firmware status column first then can use the upgrade feature.

The current design needs to activate firmware status then the front-end (browser) can get the device's relevant information and the browser can know if this device is available to do the firmware upgrade. It's not a bug

Noted. But can ask your developer to program something like.

"Cannot upgrade because AP firmware status unknown" error message?

This will facilitate easier troubleshooting
