No Showing Clients on NCC anymore

My devices are connected for sure cause they just working fine, but I can't show them anymore in the current clients list.
On all my AP show "current clients = 0" and in the details "Current clients:

No client."
Support request enabled :
Invite Zyxel support as administrator

Thanks for reporting this issue.

Kindly inform you that we had an NCC outage yesterday, it causes that monitoring information was abnormal on NCC but the issue is resolved.
