Dear Nebula Users,

The system has been temporarily unavailable due to an outage incident.

Issue Started from:
2022-06-20 12:59 (UTC+0)

Resolve:
2022-06-20 23:41 (UTC+0)

Issue Symptom & Risk:
Some users have experienced 

1. Some devices are offline and unable to reach NCC servers successfully. 

2. Monitoring information will be abnormal on NCC.

3. NCC is unable to provision or update network settings to Nebula devices.

4. Nebula Site-to-Site VPN channel of some security gateway devices may not be established successfully.


Note: This outage incident does not affect Nebula devices and their local network services

    USG Flex series seem fine, but NSG devices are showing as down and unable to build VPN tunnels.

    This is having a major impact at about a dozen of our sites. Content filtering isn't working properly and blocking legitimate sites, WiFi connections and broadcasts have stopped working. Symptoms are different at different sites. However, we can't address any of them due to the Nebula issues. Please provide a status update and ETA.

    This has taken up all of my day and looks like my night also. Lots of offline VPNs and configurations not syncing to the local device.

    I can confirm we are all back to normal, for us it only affected NSG appliances. USG Flex devices were fine.
