Where To Configure Notifications To Email

Hi,

If wish to get notifications of firmware spoil, software upgrade available etc, 
how and where do I configure it?

Sorry for my misunderstood.
For configuring device offline notification, please go to Site-wide > Configure > Alert settings.

Kindly inform you that there is no setting to configure notifications of firmware upgrade avaiable on NCC. However, once your device has available firmware and close to the automatic upgraded time, our system will notify you an email as following:

Sender: info@nebula.zyxel.com
Email title: Scheduled maintenance for 1 sites in organization "Test"

Ok how do I get an email notification if for example the AP is spoil or faulty?
Or maybe switch or firewall is faulty?

As long as the faulty device is still registered in your site, NCC will send the email as it detects device latest frimware version.

Our system also informs users once there is a new firmware release on NCC.

I mean if device go offline, I want to get email notification

so if i register the device, and it goes offline, i will get email notification?
