Smarter Alerting

If a site's gateway is offline, there is no need to alert that an access point or switch is offline. Just a single alert is all that is needed.
Allow a site or device to have downtime or off-hours, and alerts do not trigger during that time. The main issue is overnight outages from power or ISP issues, we just don't need alerts overnight for most clients.
Alert escalation or levels of alerts would also be nice.
And maybe the most important, shorter check-in timers, 5 minutes is too long, I want an option for 1 minute.

Personally i can understand why 1 minute is important for someone. But 1 minute, IMVHO it's too prone to false positives.
