Two NWA50AX in Smart Mesh frequently dropping connection

Please hold the RESET button behind the back of the AP for at least 3 seconds, or the hard reset process would not be triggered.
And we have checked the AP status managed on your site,
Both two AP are online, could you help us to provide the org/site info if the offline symptom happens on another site?
