unregister NWA5123AC

Hello, searched here but seems i'm supposed to send details via pm
bought an NWA5123AC and can't register it in portal because it is already registered by the prev owner
in web-gui there is no "licensing/registration" to re-register the device.
who can help?

If you’re mentioning “NWA5123AC” instead of “NWA5123AC-HD” or others, NWA5123AC can’t managed by Nebula.
Or if you’re talking about myZyxel platform registration problem? Please PM me your SN and MAC, we’ll help to check.
