    This problem is most likely due to the account privilege.
    Some of the actions on cloud auth are only available if your administrator account has full privilege to access the organization.
    Please check your account privilege via organization-wide > Administrator.

    Hi @Birdy,

    Good day.
    It's been a while do not see your reply.
    Kindly remind, you can't delete the user in site-wide cloud auth if the user was created in org-wide.
    This is because user created in org-wide might have the privilege to access other sites so we could not delete user in one site.

    If you want to exclude user to access some site, please go to org-wide cloud auth to change the authorized site from all sites to specified sites.
