GS1920-24HP console

I have a GS1920-24HP that apparently lost its firmware and is stuck with the sys light flashing.  I have a 4 pin console cable as there is a 4 pin console port on the right hand side of the switch.  Is there something specific that I need to do to get console access to the switch?  I read elsewhere for the pinout of the port, but I've not had any success at this point.  Is there hope for the switch or is it just a brick at this point?

The sys LED blinking is because the device fail to finish the booting process.
Could you please try to reset the switch to the factory default (by pressing the restore button).
If still not work, then please contact reseller for RMA.
