Ciao, sorry in advance for my english...
I ask, if possible, to make sure that the messages arriving from CDR can lead to an identification of the client. In my case, with so many organizations, I have no idea where to look.
Perhaps a good method would be to put also in the object: ORG NAME > SITE NAME > PROBLEM
