how to manually to manage the license?

i cannot active my device since it said Firmware Update, where could I get the license key.

Welcome to Zyxel community!
The Nebula license would not request to upgrade your devices to the latest firmware before activating the licenses.
To activate your licenses, you will need all your devices to have been assigned at least one Pro/Plus license and click the "upgrade now" button on License & inventory page.

Could you screenshot the License & inventory overview page for me to check which devices need NCC license?
In addition, may I know what do you mean by "get the license key"?
