Hello, I am trying to reset the password (press the reset button for 10 seconds) but without success.

Someone can help me.

I don't understand why the user manual procedure doesn't work.

Hi @Erickkkk

First, if you want to reset the AP, please press the reset button until the LED light turns to yellow. If your AP is not registered on the Nebula, your password will be reset.

If your device is registered on the Nebula, when you reset the AP and it is connected to Nebula, your password will change Nebula password.

You can see your Nebula password in the below picture.
