I will send you the latest firmware in the private message.

Login to GUI and go to MAINTENANCE > File Manager > Firmware Management.

Click the icon and upload the firmware to Standby partition.

I am struggling with a CISO who is not keen on enabling custom firmware updates on firewalls, even though the symptoms of the given network are the same.

Is there any plan to release an official, public version of the firmware with the issue fixed?

The bug fix for Wi-Fi stability issue will be merged into the official firmware 4.33 which will be released in late December.

Hi there, I have a problem with the wifi of a client . After an undeterminated time it asked me wifi password but it's not working.
If I reboot my USG20W VPN it works again....
How can I isntall the firmware that solve this issue ?

We fix a similar issue as yours in the latest firmware.

"It shows wrong password and unable to connect to wifi successfully."

 

This fix will be merged to the next official firmware 4.33 which will be released in late December.

If you need the firmware for verification, you can try the following firmware before 4.33 is released.

If the issue still persists on USG20W-VPN after upgraded to 432ABAR0ITS-WK43-r86079, please share the symptom, configuration file and how you reproduce the issue with us to find out the root cause.

Hi all,

I have the same problem a few months ago, and I have been able to verify it before it fails, in the "monitor" section, "wireless", "PA information" is empty, and no u offers information about the list of radios or accumulates WLAN records. On the other hand, "SSID Info" does, although it indicates that there are no computers connected, and if they are. Obviously in "Information Station" does not reflect the connections, but as I said, if they are connected.

After some time of this situation, it is when validation errors occur and the PC or the phones are left out of the network.

Once the radios are restarted, it is when the information appears in "monitor" and the devices reconnect without problems.
