The system has been temporarily unavailable due to an outage incident.

Issue Started from:

2022-09-12 00:27 (UTC+0)

Issue Symptom & Risk:

1. Some NCC web pages are unable to load information.
2. Some monitoring information will be slow on NCC.

Resolved:

2022-09-12 01:30 (UTC+0)

Note: This outage incident does not affect Nebula devices and their local network services

  • The browsers do not recognize the dnsft.cloud.zyxel.com certificate, they give it to me as invalid and it prevents my network users from connecting to youtube.
