PLA5456 won't power on, triaged, appears to be dead, howto RMA?

I have a Powerline PLA-5456 and it appears to have died today. How do I check if it has any warranty associated with it left and if so how to initiate that process?

  • I already tried putting it into multiple sockets and it would never power on/post. I tried waiting a while (several hours) and same result.
