Ghost firewalls on Nebula account
Good evening,
I'm adding organizations to my Nebula account.
Analyzing two of them.
Company A and Company B.
-A-
There is basic nebula pack, only one access point.
On the left I see "firewall" section and if I click on it i see "USG FLEX 100"
It is clearly a mistake but if I list devices I do not see any firewall (I know there is no firewall, just to check the list if there is a mistake).
-B-
There is trial Pro pack, only one mobile router added.
On the left i see "firewall" section and if I click on it i see "USG FLEX 50"
It is clearly a mistake but if I list devices I do not see any firewall
(I know that also here there is no firewall, just to check the list if there is a
mistake).
I do not know how to manage this issue.
Why does it happen?
Thanks a lot for your support.

Could you enable Zyxel support access and tell me your organization name for me to check?
Please go to Help > Support Request > Zyxel support access to enable.
