Cannot use Zyxel Air app with LTE3301

Hi all.  Have just purchased an LTE3301 router that I'm trying to set up, but the router isn't playing well with the Zyxel Air app.  Despite successfully connecting to the WiFi network of the LTE3301, the app cannot connect to the router either using the auto connect function or when I manually enter the required information. Has anyone else encountered and solved this or a similar problem, please?
