Allow communication between devices on different SSID

I created different SSIDs for specific bandwidth devices:
  • SSID_A: 2.4GHz
  • SSID_B: 5.0GHz
  • SSID_C: 2.4 and 5.0GHz
DHCP is assigned by the router and uses a single pool of addresses. I have problems with devices on SSID_C from accessing devices on other SSID_A or _B. Is this expected behavior? Is there an advanced setting I can modify to allow all devices from different SSIDs to reach devices on another SSID?

    Hi there,

Devices are allowed or denied from accessing devices on other SSID that is not related to the bandwidth or radio.

We assume that you enable Guest network or Layer-2 Isolation for SSID_C. Layer 2 isolation will only allow the traffic of whitelisted destination MAC addresses. In case, if we configure L2 isolation and limit the traffic of a SSID, the traffic outgoing from that SSID will not be able to pass through.

You can check the two option as below:

    1.    Access point >> SSID advanced setting >> Advanced setting >> Layer-2 Isolation

    2.    Access point >> SSID setting >> Advanced setting >> Guest Network

You just disable Guest network or Layer-2 Isolation to allow all devices from different SSIDs to reach devices on another SSID.
